Terms of service

1. Who we are

SiteTab is operated by The Building Consultants, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan, at 109-E, Lake City Meadows, Lahore ("SiteTab", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@sitetab.app. By creating an account or using SiteTab, you agree to these terms. If you use SiteTab for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

2. What SiteTab does

SiteTab is a WhatsApp contact you add to your construction site's WhatsApp groups. It reads the messages, photos, voice notes and files posted there and organises them into an online project view (app.sitetab.app) and site reports. SiteTab does not post updates in your groups; it says hello once when it joins.

3. Your account

• One account belongs to one person (the account holder). Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 and use SiteTab for business purposes.

4. Plans, trial and billing

• SiteTab is billed per WhatsApp group: monthly, every 6 months or every 12 months, at the prices shown on sitetab.app when you buy.
• Each group is a separate subscription. A project can hold several groups.
• Your first group gets one free 7-day trial, once per account, with no card. To keep tracking after the trial, buy a subscription for that group.
• Payments are processed by Whop. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Taxes may be added where required.
• Prices may change. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 14 days before.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any group's subscription at any time through Whop. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the group keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds (see the Refund and cancellation policy).

6. Your content and the people in your groups

• You own your content: the messages, photos, files and reports in your account. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide SiteTab to you.
• You confirm you have the right to add SiteTab to each group, and that the group's members have been told SiteTab is there and why. SiteTab's hello message helps with this, but it is your responsibility.
• Keep financial matters out of the groups SiteTab reads. SiteTab does not handle payments, prices or invoices.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use SiteTab to break the law, to collect information about people without a lawful reason, to upload harmful or illegal content, or to try to access other accounts, copy the service or overload it.

8. How SiteTab works, and its limits

• SiteTab sorts messages automatically using AI. It can misread, miss or misfile things. Check what matters, and review every report before you publish it.
• Urgent alerts are a help, not a safety system. SiteTab may miss or delay an alert. Never rely on it for site safety, emergencies, structural decisions or legal compliance. Those remain your and your team's responsibility.
• SiteTab depends on WhatsApp and other services we don't control. If they change or stop working, parts of SiteTab may stop working too.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep SiteTab running at all times but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we stop offering SiteTab, we will give at least 30 days' notice and help you get your records out.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, after notice where reasonable. You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@sitetab.app.

11. Liability

• SiteTab is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as delays, rework, lost profit, missed decisions or site incidents.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid SiteTab in the 3 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you by email or WhatsApp before material changes take effect. Continuing to use SiteTab means you accept them.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes go to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring them where you live. Contact us first at hello@sitetab.app so we can try to resolve it.
