Refund and cancellation policy

SiteTab payments are not refundable. Your first group gets a free 7-day trial with no card, so you can try SiteTab before you pay.

• Cancel any time. Cancel a group's subscription through Whop, or email hello@sitetab.app and we'll help.
• Cancelling stops the next charge. The group keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for (1, 6 or 12 months).
• No partial refunds for unused time, unused groups or an early end to a project.
• Each group is separate. Cancelling one group doesn't affect your other groups.
• Your records stay in your account after a group stops, until you delete them or close your account.
• Charged by mistake? If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email hello@sitetab.app within 30 days and we'll put it right.

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
