Affiliate programme terms

These terms apply to creators and partners ("you") who are invited to join the SiteTab affiliate programme. SiteTab is operated by The Building Consultants, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan, at 109-E, Lake City Meadows, Lahore ("we"). The programme is invite only for now. To ask for an invite, email hello@sitetab.app. By using your link or accepting commission, you agree to these terms.
1. How it works
We give you a personal link, sitetab.app/?ref= followed by your code. When people you send start a SiteTab account and pay for it, you earn commission on what they pay.
2. How referrals are tracked
- When someone clicks your link, their browser remembers your code for 30 days.
- If they sign up within those 30 days, the account is credited to you.
- If they click another partner's link before signing up, the last link wins.
- Once an account has signed up, its referrer is locked. Later clicks on other links do not change it.
- Tracking relies on a cookie and on our sign-up records. If someone clears or blocks cookies, or signs up on another device, we may not be able to credit you. Our records decide who is credited.
3. Commission
- You earn 20% of the amount SiteTab receives from each referred account, after Whop fees and tax.
- Commission is paid for 12 months from the referred account's first payment, or until that subscription ends, whichever comes first.
- It counts every group the referred account pays for within those 12 months, not only the first.
- The free trial earns nothing. Commission starts with the first payment.
- Amounts are in US dollars. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the commission on it is removed.
4. Payouts
- We pay monthly.
- A payment counts once it is at least 14 days old.
- The minimum payout is $20. If you are owed less, the amount rolls over to the next month.
- We confirm the payout method with you when you join. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask you for tax details before paying.
5. What does not earn commission
- Your own account, or an account you control.
- Sign-ups from paid ads that bid on the SiteTab name or a close variation of it.
- Accounts that are fake, duplicated, or created by misleading or fraudulent means.
6. How you promote SiteTab
- Say clearly that you are a paid partner, using your platform's paid-partnership label or #ad, and follow the advertising rules where you and your audience live.
- Describe SiteTab accurately. Do not promise results such as savings or fewer disputes.
- Do not describe the urgent alerts as a safety system. They are a help, not a safety system.
- Do not suggest SiteTab is made by, or endorsed by, WhatsApp or Meta.
- Use only the logos and materials we supply, and do not show a client's private chats.
- No spam, no impersonation, and nothing misleading or unlawful.
7. Your status
You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or business partner. You cannot make promises or sign agreements for us.
8. Ending
Either of us may end your participation at any time by email. We may end it immediately if you break these terms. Commission on eligible payments we received before the end date is still paid, unless it was earned through a breach of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or the commission rate. We will email you before a change takes effect, and it applies to payments received after that date.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
