SiteTab is operated by The Building Consultants, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan, at 109-E, Lake City Meadows, Lahore. Questions or requests: hello@sitetab.app.
1. Who this covers
- Account holders: the person who signs up and uses the SiteTab app.
- Group members: everyone in a WhatsApp group the account holder adds SiteTab to, such as site staff, consultants and clients. For their messages, the account holder decides what SiteTab is used for, and we process the data on the account holder's behalf.
- Website visitors to sitetab.app.
2. What we collect

3. How we use it
- To organise group messages into the project view, entries, urgent alerts and reports for the account holder.
- To transcribe voice notes and sort messages, using AI services.
- To run billing, sign-in and support, and to keep the service secure.
We never sell personal data and never use it to train public AI models. We do not use it for advertising.

These providers may store data outside your country. We use providers with contracts that require them to protect the data and use it only for SiteTab.
5. How long we keep it
- Records stay in the account while it is active, including after a group stops being tracked, until the account holder deletes them or closes the account.
- Messages from a group without an active subscription are held for up to 48 hours, then deleted if the group isn't added.
- After an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (such as billing records).
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account's records are only visible to that account. Client report links are private links that work only for people the account holder sends them to.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Group members can ask us too; we may pass the request to the account holder whose group it came from. In-app export and deletion are coming soon; until then, email hello@sitetab.app and the SiteTab team will do it, usually within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
8. Cookies
The website and app use essential cookies for sign-in and settings only.
9. Children
SiteTab is for business use and not for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and tell account holders before material changes take effect.
